Cancellation Policy

I know things come up, so I do ask for 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling or cancellations within 24-hours, the entire session fee will be considered forfeited. HIGHTAIL recordings of FULL Readings, 1:1 MENTORING or GROUP sessions are free/complimentary. Technical issues with the recording WILL NOT result in money back or credit in any way.  Session recordings are the client's full responsibility. All sales are final. Canceled sessions may be rescheduled or used towards CREDIT ONLY.
